General Oloye, who also serves as Coordinator of Ex-Agitators in Udu Local Government Area, described the celebrant’s Golden Jubilee as a significant milestone deserving of thanksgiving, celebration and prayers for greater years of fulfilment.
The felicitation came as the Oyibode family marked the milestone with a special Golden Jubilee Birthday and Thanksgiving Service on Sunday, August 9, 2026.
The thanksgiving service was held at Jesus Awesome Assembly, Orhuwhorun Road, Udu Local Government Area, followed by a reception at Olorogun Hon. Vincent Oyibode Close, Oghior Town, Udu LGA.
In his goodwill message, General Oloye congratulated the celebrant, Dcns. Chief Mrs. Abies Oyibode, for attaining the remarkable age of 50, stressing that reaching the Golden Jubilee was not merely a celebration of longevity but also an opportunity to appreciate God for His faithfulness, protection and blessings.
He commended the Oyibode family for choosing to mark the occasion with thanksgiving to God, describing the decision as a demonstration of humility, gratitude and strong family values.
According to him, the celebrant’s journey to 50 years represents a testimony of God’s enduring grace and a foundation for even greater accomplishments in the years ahead.
General Oloye prayed for continued good health, divine wisdom, peace, prosperity and happiness for the celebrant, while also asking God to strengthen her family and bless the union with many more years of love and togetherness.
He further congratulated Olorogun Vincent Oyibode, the Udu council chairman, for celebrating his wife at such an important milestone, noting that behind every successful family is often a strong bond of mutual support, sacrifice and understanding.
The security aide to Governor Oborevwori also used the occasion to reaffirm his goodwill towards the leadership and people of Udu Local Government Area, expressing optimism that the council would continue to witness peace, development and progress under the present administration.
He urged the celebrant to regard the Golden Jubilee not as the conclusion of one chapter but as the beginning of another phase of greater impact, service and fulfilment.
General Oloye wished the celebrant many more glorious years, saying her 50th birthday was worthy of celebration by family, friends, associates and the wider Udu community.
He also congratulated the Oyibode family on the successful thanksgiving and birthday celebration, praying that the joy of the occasion would remain permanent in the family.
The Golden Jubilee celebration brought together family members, friends, political associates, community leaders and well-wishers to celebrate the celebrant and give thanks to God for five decades of life.
