  The Director-General of the Delta State Bureau for Orientation and Communications, Mr. Fred Latimore Oghenesivbe, has commended Governor Sheriff Oborevwori for approving a 13th-month salary for over 60,000 civil servants in the state, describing the gesture as a clear demonstration of the administration's commitment to workers' welfare and public service reform. In a statement issued on Wednesday, Oghenesivbe said the governor's sustained investments in human capital development, capacity building, and workers' welfare continue to strengthen the foundations for sustainable growth and effective governance in Delta State.
