The National Chairman of phase 3 Amnesty program Gen Ogidigba Godstime Ogidigba cautioned Mr Cletus kwalekeme to restrain from the barbaric system of criticism on social media against High Chief Dennis otuaro PHD or face legal actions.

According to Gen Ogidigba constructive criticism is normal in a society, but strongly condemned the act of RIP on the picture of a living soul, a well respected personality like Chief Dennis otuaro PHD is not just barbaric but evil AGENDA.

In a statement made available to newsmen on the 3rd of July 2026 by Gen Ogidigba whom boldly stated that in all ramifications scores Chief Dennis otuaro higher than all previous administrators that have managed the Amnesty office, with the exception of Hon Kingsley Kukus administration.

Gen Ogidigba warn Mr Cletus kwalekeme and other IJAWS to henceforth stop the social media bullying on Chief Dennis otuaro PHD and other prominent Ijaw leaders or face the consequences.

Gen Ogidigba further appeal for calm, peace and unity amongst Ijaw leaders, and urge The Traditional rulers, Political leaders, Religious leaders, Opinion leaders, Women and Youth Leaders to rally support for Chief Dennis otuaro administration.
