Chief Vincent Ogheneruemu Oyibode, JP, for what he described as his remarkable achievements and impactful leadership in Udu Local Government Area.
General Oloye gave the commendation while lending his support to the ongoing 30-day media campaign initiated by the Udu APC Media Team to showcase the developmental strides of Governor Rt. Hon. Elder Sheriff Francis Oborevwori and the achievements of the Udu Local Government administration under Hon. Chief Oyibode.
According to him, the celebration of achievements in governance is necessary to keep the people informed about the positive transformation taking place across communities and to encourage leaders who are committed to delivering democratic dividends to the grassroots.
He noted that Governor Oborevwori's administration has continued to demonstrate visionary leadership through the implementation of projects and programmes that have positively impacted the lives of Deltans, adding that the governor's MORE Agenda is yielding tangible results across the state.
General Oloye particularly praised the Udu Council Chairman for aligning with the developmental vision of the state government and ensuring that the people of Udu benefit from quality governance through various infrastructural projects, social intervention programmes, and community-centered initiatives.
"The achievements recorded by Hon. Chief Vincent Oyibode in Udu Local Government are worthy of commendation. His administration has remained focused on improving the welfare of the people and delivering meaningful development across the local government. It is therefore fitting that these accomplishments are brought to the public domain for all to see," he stated.
The security aide further lauded the Udu APC Media Team, led by Comrade Godwin Unity Erhuvwuoghene, for championing the awareness campaign aimed at highlighting the successes of both the Delta State Government and the Udu Local Government Council.
He described the initiative as a strategic platform for informing citizens about government activities and strengthening public confidence in the leadership of Governor Oborevwori and Hon. Chief Oyibode.
General Oloye urged residents of Udu and Deltans in general to support the ongoing development efforts of the government and to continue promoting peace, unity, and progress within their communities.
He reaffirmed his unwavering support for Governor Sheriff Oborevwori and the administration of Hon. Chief Vincent Oyibode, expressing optimism that more developmental milestones would be recorded in the coming years.
The ongoing campaign, which has adopted the popular slogan, "Ukodo Dey Work, We Don See Am," seeks to showcase the achievements of Governor Oborevwori's three years in office while also highlighting the developmental impact of the Udu Local Government administration.
Observers say the initiative has continued to generate positive reactions among party faithful and residents who acknowledge the visible improvements in governance and infrastructure within the state and local government area.
