The Director General of Delta State Bureau for Orientation and Communications, Dr (Barr.) Fred Latimore Oghenesivbe, Esq., has congratulated the Governor of Delta State, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Francis Orohwedor Oborevwori, JP, on the occasion of his 63rd birth anniversary, describing him as an iconic leader endowed with immeasurable foresight and an unwavering commitment to the advancement of Delta State.

In a goodwill message issued in Asaba on Thursday, Oghenesivbe said Governor Oborevwori's life and leadership journey remain a compelling testimony of resilience, humility, dedication to public service, and visionary governance.

He noted that the governor's remarkable accomplishments within a relatively short period in office have continued to validate his reputation as a transformational leader who understands the aspirations of the people and possesses the capacity to translate vision into tangible development outcomes.

According to the Bureau Chief, Governor Oborevwori's administration has recorded significant milestones through the implementation of the M.O.R.E Agenda, which has become a practical roadmap for meaningful development, inclusive growth, realistic reforms, and enhanced peace and security across the state.

Oghenesivbe observed that under the governor's watch, Delta State has witnessed accelerated infrastructural development, including the construction and rehabilitation of strategic roads, bridges, drainage networks, and other critical projects that are opening up communities, stimulating economic activities, and improving the quality of life of citizens.

He further stated that the administration's sustained investments in education, healthcare delivery, youth and women empowerment, entrepreneurship development, job creation, and social welfare programmes have continued to expand opportunities for the people while laying a solid foundation for long-term prosperity.

The Director General also commended Governor Oborevwori's prudent management of state resources, commitment to fiscal discipline, and inclusive governance approach, noting that these qualities have strengthened public confidence in government and enhanced Delta State's standing as one of Nigeria's most stable and progressive sub-national entities.
