General Oloye Congratulates Governor Sheriff Oborevwori Over Successful Screening as Delta State APC Governorship Candidate

Hon Clement Ofovwi aka General Oloye Special Assistant to the Governor on Security Matters and General Adviser of the Urhobo Ex-Militants, has congratulated Governor Sheriff Oborevwori of Delta State over his successful screening by the All Progressives Congress (APC) National Screening Committee ahead of the forthcoming governorship election in Delta State.

General Oloye described the successful screening of Governor Oborevwori as a strong testament to his outstanding leadership qualities, political relevance and remarkable achievements under the MORE Agenda.

 He stated that the governor has continued to distinguish himself through purposeful governance, peace-building initiatives, infrastructural development and youth empowerment programmes across the state.

According to Hon. Ofovwi, Governor Oborevwori’s inclusive style of leadership and commitment to the welfare of Deltans have earned him widespread admiration and acceptance among party faithful and the general public. He noted that the successful screening process further validates the confidence reposed in the governor by the leadership of the APC at the national level.

The Special Assistant to the Governor on Security Matters also commended the APC National Screening Committee for conducting a transparent and credible exercise, expressing confidence that Governor Oborevwori would secure overwhelming support from the people during the governorship election. He called on APC members and supporters across Delta State to remain united and focused in order to consolidate on the gains already recorded by the present administration.
